Registration Success Card
Last updated: February 25, 2026
After a donor completes registration, they land on the registration success card. This is the confirmation screen shown immediately after submission.
What the Success Card Shows
Event name and date
Ticket type(s) and quantity purchased
Total amount charged (or "Free" for free events)
A prompt to add the event to their calendar
A confirmation message (customizable — see below)
For Approval Required events, the success card reflects the pending state: it tells the donor their registration was submitted and is awaiting approval, not that it's confirmed.
Customizing the Confirmation Message
Open the event and go to the Settings tab
Edit the Success Message field
Save
The success message supports plain text only. It appears below the registration summary on the success card.
⚠ Things to Watch For
The success card is not the same as the confirmation email. Both are sent, but they are configured separately.
If a donor closes the browser before the success card loads, their registration may still have completed — check the registrations list before assuming it failed.
There is no way to redirect donors to an external URL after registration. The success card is always the final destination.
